Totally re-modeled beachfront, 3-level townhouse. New kitchen with eat-in table area. Living room with TV. Den area has queen bed and TV. Second floor with two bedrooms. Ocean-side with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Bunk is double down and single up. There is also a vanity area. Bay-side bedroom has one queen and a bunk bed, double down and single up. Second floor has full bath and a bayside deck.Third floor has queen bedroom with full bath and vanity area. Ocean front deck. Loft has trundle bed that sleeps two. Washer/dryer on first floor. Two parking spaces that fit 2 cars each and pool included. Conveniently located in mid-Ocean City, MD near grocery store, restaurants, water and amusement parks. This is a SMOKE-FREE unit.

Family friendly getaway

Our family including an infant, young children and adults had a wonderful time at Ocean Colony 30. The beach access and views were great. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We would stay there again!

2023 OC MD

We do a family vacation in OC every other year. This property was well suited to our family of 12 - 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2 to 10). Access to the beach couldn’t be any easier, sleeping arrangements were great and location in OC was good.

Practically Perfect!

Spacious, very well equipped and terrific location! The bedrooms are very large and our party of 11 had more than enough space. It is situated right behind the dunes and access to the beach is steps off of the deck. With a private entrance, the beach area in front of the condo was less crowded than the areas on either side. There are also many beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys available for use. It is also easy to walk to some shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of seating for dining in. The hosts were responsive to questions and provided all the info we needed. We had a fantastic stay!

Best family vacation

30 of us met in OC for overdue family reunion. We all stayed within 1 mile of each other. My place slept 9 with room to spare. The only glitch in my unit were the bathrooms which were not easily accessible if people were sleeping in the bedrooms. The other sad part was you couldn't see the ocean from the porch. I understand the need for the dunes. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed but maybe an ice bucket. We laughed, we cried, we ate crabs and truffle french fries and Thrasher fries. It was the perfect week weather wise. I would recommend staying there.
