Nice design. Poor maintenance. Pool not usable due to condition; manager was testing for leak but no further information. Geckos running in and out. Dishwasher broke, not repaired. No closet in one bedroom. Master bath’s sunken tub/shower quite dangerous. No ice maker in refrigerator. No beach equipment. No bikes. Nice short walk to beach. Just outside of Sea Pines. Close to drug and grocery
Pool less than full; requested by owner it be left that way
Pool finish deteriorating
Nice private location
This is where the geckos run in and out; also into adjacent bedroom
