Lovely stay in Albuquerque

We loved our stay! The home is perfect for a relaxing time in Albuquerque. Location is excellent, close to stores, restaurants, and primary highways. We came for the annular eclipse and the Balloon Fiesta. It was an easy <10 min drive to Fiesta parking.

Tamarah is a fantastic host! She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay during the Balloon Fiesta. Her home is comfortable and clean.

Clean and Comfortable

The property was nice. The Host was outstanding. Fresh Fruit, Cheese, Crackers and Juice were waiting when we arrived. Very Nice!!

This home was everything we could have wanted and more! It was clean, welcoming, stocked with all items necessary to live like we were home for the entire 8 days! In addition, the host provided snacks, fresh fruits, and juices. The location was perfect. Easy access to all of our grocery, retail, and sightseeing needs!The host,Tamarah, was delightful! She met us at arrival and returned at departure with a warm smile and a friendly disposition! She always responded to our communications throughout our stay as well. We recommend this property wholeheartedly to anyone planning a stay in the ABQ area!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The whole house was very clean and in a wonderful neighborhood at a convenient distance to the balloon fiesta park. We watched hot air balloons from the back patio during the festival. We did bring our blow up mattresses for our boys. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable but small for two. I would not let that deter me though. We had a wonderful trip!

Inviting, comfortable accommodation and gracious host

Well-kept, very clean, comfortable house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Inviting and spacious living room. Convenient driving access to major roads and freeways to get around the Albuquerque area. Eight-minute drive to Cottonwood Mall (and Balloon Fiesta Park-and-Ride). Host was very gracious and met us at check-in to provide an overview of the accommodations and show us how to use various features and answer our questions. Would stay again.

Perfect location for Balloon Fiesta

Nice and responsive home Owner. Very clean. Only glitch was with WI-FI. We couldn’t find the given address. When I told Tammy she apologized and immediately gave me a $50.00 refund for the inconvenience. We were in Albuquerque for Balloon Fiesta and this was a great location for easy access to the balloon field

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood

It is a very clean and beautiful house. I only wish there was another bed. The couch worked out great for this trip but anything for a longer stay I would prefer a bed. Host was great! She was very kind and accommodating. Perfect stay for two people for sure.
