In a beautiful, secure residence, charming and comfortable 30m² studio with a mezzanine. Sleeps 4 (double bed + sofa bed). The studio, located on the ground floor with lift access, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom, a living room with TV, and a shower room. Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and air conditioning are provided. The residence features a 24/7 swimming pool, a free accessible tennis court, a large park with tables and a barbecue, and a private, secure parking space. The residence is located a short walk from the town centre, close to shops (stores, supermarkets, etc.). restaurants, village market) and activities (petanque courts, children's playground, multi-sports field).
