This apartment is adjacent to a larger home with a separate entrance complete with a full kitchenette and a separate living space with couch, smart TV, queen size bed and table. It has it's own deck with sitting area where you can enjoy sunrises and soak in the peaceful views.
A stones throw from the Newburgh Waterfront, a waterfront walkway offering various night life and dining venues from casual to elegant as well a Spa with river views. This property is in the optimal location for access to a variety of activities with awesome views. It is also located at almost the exact intersection of I-87 and I-84 for easy access from any direction.

What makes this property unique

River and mountain views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The hamlet of Balmville is an established area in Newburgh with a mixture of historic Victorian and Mid Century modern homes set within mature plantation. The Old Balmville Tree still exists here and is over 400 years old.
