This updated unit is 1200 sq. ft. plus a large screened-in lanai. The Pool and Hot tube area are right on Naples Bay. Only ten blocks to the beautiful Naples Gulf Beach. Easy walking to Cambier Park, Tin City, and the Famous 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. 3rd Street South shops and restaurants are an easy walk as well. Bikes and beach gear are available to check out. You can fish from our dock with gear you can check out.

Terrific location.

Very friendly management. Pool right on the bay with great tiki bar. Older but well kept unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal rental to enjoy Naples

This was an ideal rental that met all our needs in a beautiful setting. The host was quick to answer all of our questions and the Charter Club was friendly and offered many amenities we took advantage of. Thanks for a lovely vacation!
