The modern, bright, individually and wheelchair accessible equipped approx. 40qm large 2-room apartment in Wiek is located on the ground floor in the Villa Wittow in Wiek on the island of Rügen. From the living room and bedroom there is direct access to the large terrace, from which one has a view through the gardens of the neighboring residential buildings.   The combined living-kitchen room is stylishly furnished. He has u. a. It has a modern flat-screen TV, a lowboard and a highboard with 2 glass doors in beech, a couch and dining table and a pull-out couch. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m, single 21cm thick comfort cold foam mattresses and very good slatted frames) and a large wardrobe.   The kitchen (open) is equipped with AEG appliances: dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob. The large fridge freezer is a privilege. The kitchen is further equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, knife block, pots, pan and enough crockery and cutlery.   The bathroom with walk-in glass shower, toilet, sink and large mirror is inneliegend. The apartment includes a parking space and a garaging for bicycles. Cot and high chair we provide on request. You can borrow a barbecue from the landlord.   The washing machine and the dryer are located in the utility room on the 1st. OG and can be used for a small fee.

The apartment in the Villa Wittow in Wiek is located in a newly built house, just a few meters from the Wieker Bodden. The apartment Rügen in Wiek is comfortable and exclusive furnishings. Holidays should be recreation here and give you fun.   All apartments have a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free internet access (W-LAN) and a large deck or Balcony window. They are decorated in warm colors, bright, cozy and furnished with solid wood furniture. In the apartment Rügen at Villa Wittow Wiek may not be smoked. The apartment Wiek is cared for daily by a co-worker.   The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a window overlooking the park (see example screenshot at the external views). The separate kitchen also has a large window overlooking the countryside. The apartments 1 and 3 are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.   An on-site playground is available for all guests. You can borrow a high chair, a cot or the grill with the landlord directly on site also like. For a small fee you can use the community-union dryer or the washing machine in the house. For your bikes there is a shelter. For each apartment has a parking space Whether fishing, swimming, strolling, riding, sailing, surfing, hiking or cycling - the island of Rügen offers a variety of different excursions. A small part we have put together for you. We are happy to help you with further holiday planning on site.   Both the port and shops are just a few minutes walk from the apartment Rügen. In Wiek, there is also a café, several shops, a florist, a bakery and a cake shop. There is a bank and several restaurants. From Wiek also a ferry directly to Hiddensee (April to October). By car or bike you can quickly reach the Baltic Sea beach in Juliusruh.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
