The house was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located to restaurants in downtown Brockport that you can walk to and the Erie Canal. A Wegmans is just a short drive. The host was excellent about communication.
This house was perfect for my dad and I for a weekend visit with family nearby. Sparkling clean, the heat worked perfectly, and all amenities were as advertised. We'd stay again!
Easy access to the Canal, restaurants and grocery stores. Loved walking the canal in the evenings. Having onsite washer/dryer a plus. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.
The host was as cordial and helpful as any I have ever dealt with. The hiuse was in super condition and had more amenities than normal. Between the host and the property it was one of the best trips I have had.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was convenient to the canal for walking. Very nice kichen and shower. Communication with Cheryl was great. She couldn't have been any more accommodating!
Cozy home with everything we needed in a central, quiet location. Added value, a great yard to exercise our pup. Host was exceptionally responsive.

The cottage was very cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It is in walking distance of the college campus, which is what we wanted. Would stay there again, if I’m in the Brockport area.
This was absolutely what we needed when coming to visit WNY. Typically we would stay at an area hotel, but we decided to stay somewhere a bit cozier with a bit of extras. Located conveniently close to everything the Tiny House did not disappoint during our bi-annual visit to the area. It was extremely clean, comfortable and again CLOSE to all. Communication was outstanding. Check-in and explanation of everything was great. We would absolutely stay and WILL stay in the Tiny House for our future visits to Brockport.
We had a wonderful stay. It area was peaceful and very close to Main Street Brockport. The home was immaculate. It had everything we needed with thoughtful extras thrown in. Cheryl was a super host. I look forward to returning.
We stayed for two days to celebrate my son’s graduation from SUNY Brockport. We were very happy with the house. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location for us The owner was very easy to communicate with and checked in on us several times to be sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay
