Between Les Sables d'Olonne (25 km) and La Roche sur Yon (19 km), this gîte welcomes you for a stay for two. The western Vendée region will no longer hold any secrets for you: between the O'Fun (16 km) and O'Gliss Parks (17 km), Veillon Beach (23 km), the Court d'Aron Floral Park (24 km), and the Extraordinary Vegetable Garden (25 km), there's no shortage of discoveries to be made! This house features a living/dining room/kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom/WC. A bicycle garage is also available. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a relaxation area, as well as a shared garden with the owners. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the cottage.

The house adjoins the owners' second home.
