Superbe adresse ! L’appartement correspond en tout point à l’annonce et est très fonctionnel.Les plus : la grande terrasse ombragé, la plage à 50m ( l’idéal avec des enfants ) une place de parking privée, et la rue commerçante au pied de l’appartement. Le prix est plus que raisonnable pour la qualité des services ! Merci Mme et Mr Mathé.

Dimensions un peu réduites

l'appartement est très propre, bien situé moins de 100m de la mer bien équipé confortable mais dispose d'une chambre un peu exigue espace très limité entre le mur et le lit (40 cm) et l'accée a l'appartement pourrait être améliorépar la pose à une rampe sur une partie d'escalier serait nécessaire pour les personnes agées que nous sommes. Si le temps avait été avec nous nous serions satsfaits.

à quelques mètres des plages, un logement parfait pour 2 personnes même si je suis venu seul cette année. Un studio "traversant" ce qui permet de faire circuler l'air. Sylviane et son compagnon sont accueillants et souriants. à refaire.

Appartement impeccable et extrêmement bien situé !

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques en Vendée avec mes 2 adolescents ! L'appartement était très bien agencé, très propre, très bien équipé, très lumineux ! L'accueil par les propriétaires fut très sympathique... avec de nombreuses attentions sur la table à notre arrivée ! Appartement et lieu à recommander... à 50m de l'océan... on ne peut guère plus prêt !

Un accueil sympathique et agréable, et surtout les propriétaires ont été réactifs suite à une panne d'appareil électroménager. L' appartement est très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage avec quelques commerces autour. Le logement est très bien équipé et la résidence calme. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de wifi et la 4G est difficile à avoir (test avec 3 opérateurs différents). En résumé, un très bon séjour en Vendée!

Das Meer läßt grüßen

Es war schön. Liegt in einer Ferinealage, man ist gleich am Meer, toller Strand. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten könnten etwas beser in der Nähe sein, aber im Ort ist es ok. Das Appartement war ausreichend und toll eingerichtet. Für Personen die ständig Handy Empfang benötigen nicht geeignet, schlechter Empfang, aber im ganzen Ort(außer am Strand). Hervorzuheben die Vermieter. Sehr herzlich und mit Willkommensgeschenk überrascht. Vielen Dank. Kann man nur empfehlen.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement. Top locatie, vriendelijke en hulpvaardige verhuurders en in het appartement met heerlijk balkon vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Kortom 2 top weken gehad!. Veel dank aan de verhuurders!!
