Entspannte Urlaubswoche in einer Traum Villa

Alles wunderbar, tolles Haus, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Tagsüber haben wir den Pool genutzt oder sind knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Strand gefahren. Abends haben wir dann den Whirlpool genutzt oder im Gartenhaus Billard gespielt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Relaxing family vacation in wonderful Istria

We enjoyed a wonderful week in the generous house with garden, pool and separate Billard house. Even it was a very hot week, we could cool down in the pool or in the house. Also the outer space and the garden was big enough to play with the dog. Vodnjan is a small and nice city with lots of wall paintings where you can find everything you need. The landlord was very helpfull and always available for tipps or help. We higly recommend the location.

Die Villa San Rocco ist ein wundervolles Objekt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Great stay would highly recommended this villa.

We recently stayed at Misel's villa in Vodnjan. Misel, the owner, was very friendly, incredibly welcoming and was always on hand to help with any questions we had. The villa is even more impressive than the pictures show. There are plenty of areas for all ages to enjoy. (The games room, super pool, sauna and the very popular hot tub) The villa is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and of course the BBQ area is another option. There are a couple of bars and restaurants in Vodnjan which you can walk to. The town of Fazana is about a 10 minute drive away with some super restaurants on a very pretty seafront. Overall a fantastic holiday was had by the whole family and we would highly recommend it.

Very nice holiday home, well maintained, in the middle of a quiet, little village near Pula. If you want to avoid the crowded tourist places in Istria, this is the place to go to.

We are unique because if you have kids we can offer free entrance for our indoor playground in Pula and your kids can use for free: pedal boats and Aquapark's in Medulin at Bijeca sand beach while you are relaxing under umbrella.
