The spacious and stylish rooms have been designed with great attention to each detail. la maison est simplement magnifique. Elle offre le cadre parfait pour des vacances reposantes, en famille et/ou des amis; des prestations de haute qualité, de l´espace, le calme. Chacun y a trouvé son espace pour partager des moments en groupe mais aussi se retirer pour des moments de solitude. Idéalement située de facon centrale pour les personnes désirantes de découvrir l´Istrie. Accès direct au sentier balisée pour VTT. Une belle maison, dans une belle région avec plein de beaux endroits à découvrir. A conseiller!

schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Auffälligkeiten

Aus den anderen Bewertungen haben wir vernommen, dass der Pool einige Fliesen verliert und diese auf der Wiese herumliegen. Dies können wir leider nur bestätigen und finden es sehr schade, dass sich keine Zeit genommen wird, um diese zu entfernen. In den versteckten Ecken des Grundstückes wurde einfach "nicht mehr verwendbares" abgelegt. Der Pool hat tatsächlich einige Defekte und man kann sich am Boden schnell die Füsse aufschneiden. Der Steinfussboden um den Pool herum ist brüchig und auch hier ist die Verletzungsgefahr da. Einmal die kleinen Splitter weggekehrt, wäre es gar nicht aufgefallen. Schade :-( Das Haus innen ist wunderschön, und genau wie auf den Bilder abgebildet. Es ist gut ausgestattet und auch in der Küche sind Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, 2 Kühlschränke, Geschirrspüler vorhandenen funktionieren gut. Die Infarotsauna und der Whirlpool funktionierten super. Wir hatte im Haus ein Wasserproblem, bei dem die Heizung auslief und die Reparatur dauerte 2 Tage, die uns 2 Tage kaltes Wasser bescherte. Eine nicht funktionierende Toilette wurde nicht repariert, da über das Wochenende kein Klempner erreichbar war. Der Verantwortliche Betreuer war aber immer erreichbar und gab sein Bestes uns zu helfen. Wünsche und Anregungen unsererseits: in jedem Zimmer einen Stuhl für die Ablage von Kleidungsstücken sowie die Betten nochmal überprüfen. In einem Bett waren wahrscheinlich Bettwanzen, da 3 Personen am gesamten Körper rote Flecken hatten. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und wir konnten mit den Schäden gut leben. Der Preis ist aber nicht wenig für das Haus und das Gesamtpaket sollte schon stimmen

Einmaliger Urlaub!

Wir haben hier im Juli wunderschöne und sehr erholsame 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht! In der Villa fehlt es einem an nichts! Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Es war super sauber und viel mehr vorhanden als erwartet... ein wahr gewordener Traum! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort und jeder konnte es genießen. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Im nächst gelegenen Ort Vodnjan (keine 10 Min.) findet man alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Apotheke, Arzt, Restaurants ect... Zum Strand nach Fazana sind es ca. 15 min., nach Pula 30 Min. Und nach Rovinj 40 Min. Wir sind noch immer ganz begeistert und denken gerne zurück!

keine 5 Sterne... gute Unterkunft aber mehr auch nicht

Hallo. Ich habe 2 Wochen vor Ort in der Villa verbracht mit ( Personen und davon 4 Kinder. Das Haus: Es ist alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und ein allg guter gepflegter Zustand. Ein paar echte Kleinigkeiten, was aber klar auf die Unachtsamkeit einiger Gäste zurückzuführen ist. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es AMAZON Prime und eine X-Box.. Leider aber ohne Spiele. Daran solltet Ihr denken. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eine Katastrophe. Es ist das absolute Minimum vorhanden, was es oft umständlich macht wenn man mal mehr als Grillen will. Die Kaffeemaschine dauerte ca. 45 min pro Kanne.. Die Zimmer sind aber alle sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Nur die Couch ist total verschmutzt und wird einfach mit einer Tagesdecke abgedeckt das es nicht auffällt. Von uns für das Haus 4 Sterne. Für 5 Sterne (5 Sterne bedeutet ja > genügt höchsten Ansprüchen) reicht es bei der Couch und der Küchenausstattung nicht. Das Grundstück und Ausstattung: Hier sind nicht mehr als 2 Sterne drin. Alle Geräte und Möbel im Aussenbereich sind total fertig und kaum nutzbar! Der Sonnenschirm total zerrissen. Der Kicker total verrostet und schwergängig. (Schwer zu spielen) die Möbel sind total wackelig und mit extra Schrauben "geflickt" > man konnte sich nicht auf der Bank anlehnen da sonst die Lehne komplett abgebrochen wäre. Das Trampolin ist ebenfalls zerpflückt und sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen entsorgt werden!! Der Kletterturm wie auf den Bildern ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Das schlimmste aber am generell ungepflegtem Grundstück ist der Pool! Die inneren Fliesen lösen sich in großen Mengen und diese Lingen dann innerhalb des Pools herum. Wer hier etwas mehr tobt, bekommt schnell Schnittwunden an den Füßen und Händen. (Kind und Erwachsen) Die Stellen der losen Fliesen sind sehr scharfkantig! Ich habe mehrere Schnittwunden von uns dokumentiert. Diese Kleinen Fliesen liegen aber nicht nur im Pool, sondern überall herum. Auch auf der Wiese und in den Blumen.. wie gesagt in großen Mengen dort "entsorgt". Wer sich fragt wie Diese dort hin kommen!!?? Ich habe selbst beobachtet das die "Poolreiniger", die zu unserer Zeit 2 mal da waren, die Fliesen herausfischen und auf die Wiese schmeißen.. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und ohne Auto geht nichts. Brötchen holen kann man in 4,2km Entfernung mit einem morgendlichen Joggen verbinden. (Wenn es nicht zu warm ist). Unsicher haben wir uns aber nie gefühlt. Ideales Ferienhaus für Freunde aber auch Familien

Sehr schöne Villa. Lage ist gut, insgesamt sind es drei Villen nebeneinander, ruhig gelegen. Nach Vodjnan sind es mit dem Auto circa 10 Minuten, nach Pula 20 Minuten. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet (Pool, Whirlpool, Dart, Billard, Tischtennis, Sauna), allerdings sind ein paar Gerätschaften schon in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sind top und sauber. Insgesamt ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen.

Mooi huis in minder mooie omgeving

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in een mooi huis. Het huis heeft met name buiten veel faciliteiten voor een gezin met tieners. BBQ, zwembad, pooltafel, jacuzzi, en tafeltennis vielen erg in de smaak. Tafeltennis en buitenmeubilair is wel aan vervanging toe. Prima ontvangst en ondersteuning door de eigenaar bij wat kleine problemen in het huis. Het huis ligt wel afgelegen en het uitzicht is minder mooi. Met de auto is Fazana, Pula, Rovinj, etc. prima binnen half uur te bereiken. Aanrader is Cuvi beach.

Sehr abgewohnt, mitten im nirgendwo

Wir haben das Haus für einen Familienurlaub gemietet. Vielleicht waren unsere Erwartungen zu hoch. Das Haus ist wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben sehr abgewohnt. Zudem hatte es keine Rutsche wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Auf unsere Reklamation hat keiner reagiert nur ein müdes beim Check out. Wir hatten in einem der Bäder kein fliessend Wasser, der Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig gereinigt (bei 8 Personen macht der Abwasch so richtig Spass) , Bügeleisen war so verkalkt dass es unbrauchbar war, der Trockner hat nicht funktioniert und hat den Boden uberschwämmt, im Pool lösten sich die Mosaikfliesen, der Billiardtisch war defekt und nicht nutzbar, die Sauna wurde nur 51grad warm bzw. kalt. Sofa sehr fleckig mit einer Decke abgedeckt. Schlechtes und langsames Wifi. Der Sonnenschirm beim Pool total zerissen. Das Haus ist mitten im nirgendwo, nachts war es sehr unangenehm und unsicher. Wer dort bucht ist selber Schuld wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

The real problem is that you broke the TV and it's normal if you broke it that you have to pay it. We are renting Villa Lavanda for many years and all the guests are really happy with the Villa, many guests are coming back every year because is a 5 stars Villa with luxury equipment as it is visible on the pictures. I really can't imagine why you didn't want to pay something if you broke it, but this is your decision. All the best to all the gorup.

Family vacation

The property was incredible. The location was conveniently located to the Colosseum in Pula and the beach was also only about 5 km away. The house was well furnished, clean, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. There was plenty of space for the kids to run and play, jump on the trampoline, swing, and swim. Lots of activities to keep them busy and tire them out while we enjoyed down time and relaxing by the pool. The owner even went out of his way to swap out the baby swing for an additional child swing because we had older children who didn’t want to use the baby swing. The property is very quiet and private and even has an alarm to set when you leave the residence. Multiple safes to keep valuables in, and we felt very relaxed and safe the entire stay. Hope we are able to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Hervorragender Familienurlaub

Tolles Haus in dem es aufgrund vielfältiger Ausstattung nicht langweilig wird. Es sind leider schon ordentliche Gebrauchsspuren zu erkennen, was dem Gesamteindruck etwas schmälert. Unterm Strich hat uns das aber nicht wirklich gestört und wir werden wieder kommen. Bei dem Haus ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt max. 5 min zum Strand in Fazana gut 10min.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr groß. Es bietet alles was man braucht, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie dem „Hauswart“ war problemlos und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Pool war sehr sauber. Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Luxuriöse Villa mit grosszügigem Raumangebot und viel Privatsphäre

Das Haus hat vollumgänglich dem Objektbeschrieb und den Bildern entsprochen. Wir (2 Familien / 8 Personen) haben sehr erholsame Ferien hier verbracht. Die Einrichtung hat für alle genügend Unterhaltung und Privatsphäre geboten. Haus- und Poolservice hat sich hervorragend um das Anwesen gekümmert. Die Einrichtung ist sauber und zeitgemäss. Einzig die Lüftungen in den Schlafzimmern sind nicht wirklich zum Kühlen geeignet. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und das nahegelegene Küstenstädtchen Fasana ist ein Besuch wert. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Bellissima vacanza

Cosa chiedere di più? Villetta indipendente con piscina, vasca idromassaggio, sauna, palestra, biliardo, calcio balilla, ping pong. Non manca proprio nulla. Quattro camere confortevoli ognuna con il proprio bagno. Posizione a 4 km dai primi negozi e a circa 10 dal mare. Unico appunto: per mantenere lo standard molto elevato andrebbe fatta un po’ di manutenzione visto che alcuni elementi iniziano a deteriorarsi.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Wir sind als Familie mit Partner angereist. Das tolle war, dass für jeden etwas dabei war; es hat sich keiner langweilen können. Der Pool ist absolut toll, man kann sich abkühlen und gemeinsam Spiele darin spielen. Die Außenküche ist sehr toll, man sitzt einfach gern draußen. Ein zusätzlicher Bonuspunkt ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer mit großem Bad fast schon wie eine eigene kleine Wohnung wirkt. Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig. Die Klima ist eher eine Lüftung; man sollte abends, sobald es abgekühlt ist die Zimmer lüften. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
