Gorgeous ocean and night light views, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows from all of the main rooms in the home - and beautiful arches make this home feel even more spacious. Nearly an acre of lushly landscaped land features a large fenced-in flat yard surrounding the stunning pool and spa. A side courtyard patio has a soothing waterfall feature where you can sit for a relaxing respite. The backyard has a table for outside dining and a barbecue conveniently located near the pool/spa. This 5,270 sq. ft., two-story private, well-designed, and peaceful home has many places for you and your family or guests to rest, play games, swim, relax in the spa, dine al fresco, and enjoy amazing views. Enter and find yourself in a spacious living room that sports an air hockey table and a fireplace, as well as a seating cluster from which to enjoy views. A family room with floor-to-ceiling windows just off the kitchen offers a large flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating options. There is a separate dining room for eight with easy access to the outside areas. A beautiful chef’s kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family. There is also a breakfast table with seating for four and high-top seating at the kitchen bar. Another bar here has additional high-top seating - making it easy for everyone to eat together inside; just add the food and have fun.
A small guest bedroom with an en suite bath on the main floor is perfect for anyone who cannot navigate stairs. There is also a half-bath on this main floor. An upstairs king main bedroom has a full en suite bath with a view from both the large soaking tub and the shower. It also has an ocean-view balcony so you can enjoy true expansiveness. There are three additional guest bedrooms upstairs - each with an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens for your every comfort.
Places to Visit During Your Stay
Charming La Jolla Village, with its many unique boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants, is just more than a six-mile drive from this home. You are also just a short drive from the beach and freeway access to enjoy any number of the greater San Diego area attractions. SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo are six and a half and 14 miles away respectively.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
