The first level of this home provides a fantastic screened-in porch, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen with recent updates, primary bedroom w/ ensuite, and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. Access a huge backyard with a grill, picnic table, and amazing outdoor shower. On the second level, you will find a brand-new hall bathroom, three additional bedrooms, and a powder room. There are plenty of sleeping areas for your entire family! Private parking for four cars, additional parking passes available to purchase for off-street parking. Take a short walk or bike to town to enjoy the beach and boardwalk, grab a bite to eat, or browse the many boutiques. The options are limitless when you are at the beach. There is no need to look any further; this vacation home will capture all the memories of your beach vacation.
LOCATION: OCEAN BLOCK on Oak Ave. Steps from the beach and three blocks from the north end of Rehoboth Beach boardwalk.
PARKING: Private driveway for three to four cars.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, central AC, gas grill, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and cable.
THINGS TO KNOW: Two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
