The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds joined to form a double bed
- Bedroom 2: one single bed

2nd floor:
- Open-plan sleeping area with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room, WC
- Tropezian terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Non-adjoining outdoor space, accessible via an adjacent street:
- A private, unheated 5m x 3m swimming pool. Open from April 01 to September 30, securely fenced in.
- A 300 m² garden, with terrace and furniture, to make the most of sunny days.
