You'll particularly appreciate the ground-floor layout, the large, bright living room opening onto the landscaped garden and private pool, and the open, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals with family and friends.

The main living area has 4 spacious bedrooms (one with a 180x200 cm bed, two with 160x200 cm double beds and one with 140x200 cm and 90x200 cm bunk beds). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms has a bathtub for relaxing moments.

An annex includes 2 additional bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be combined to form a double bed (180x200cm). There is a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. There is also a laundry room.

Outside, you'll find a magnificent infinity pool surrounded by a plant-filled terrace, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the Ile de Ré sunshine. You'll love the adjustable pergola, providing a relaxing spot in any season.

Enclosed by walls and not overlooked, you'll love the peaceful, enchanting setting.

The single-storey villa has a reception courtyard and parking for up to 4 vehicles, making access very convenient.
