Spring Break Get-away

My 2 children and myself came here for a weekend during spring break. It was very clean, well maintained and very spacious. It was just 3 of us and we could have easily invited friends to join us. The kitchen and all bathrooms were stocked. The hot tub was clean and hot. The upstairs bedroom did need blinds as the morning sun wakes you up at 7am! But that's the only thing that needs to be fixed. We really enjoyed eating at Harpoon Harry's, and playing at Rowdy Bear so if you're new to P.F. go there!

Mattresses need updated, no shade in window of bedroom so wasn’t an option to darken it up in the morning, hot tub was kind of gross and dirty, no toaster and said there was one, only 1 spoon in silverware drawer, pool table has rips so kind of sucked playing pool on a ripped table and fireplace didn’t work.

Very disappointed

Cabin windows were filthy. Several windows, including the master bedroom, had no blinds or curtains. Upon arrival, there were water bottles laying outside, the property fencing was damaged, and the garbage was full. Inside, the felt on the pool table was ripped and terribly stained. One of the kitchen cabinets was missing doors. Speaking of the kitchen, the ad for the cabin that says "stocked kitchen" is a gross overstatement. Simple things like a measuring cup or a single frying pan are nowhere to be found. I do wish we would have realized the embellishments prior to spending money at the grocery store to cook at the cabin. There are several pictures of a fireplace in the ad for the cabin, but know before you check in that it doesn't work. The a/c intake vent had a huge clump of hair hanging out of it, as did both shower drains. The tub downstairs was filthy, and there were cobwebs everywhere. The hot tub on the porch was also fairly gross, especially the dark green ring around the waterline. If you'd like to see what you're sitting in, just take a look at the horribly stained and discolored floating chlorine dispenser. Overall, a disappointing stay. I will not use Vacasa again, and I will recommend to fellow travelers to steer clear also.
