This apartment has a parking space, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers, everything is new and tastefully furnished thinking of your comfort (bedding, equipment).



The building has an elevator.



The Space:

The apartment consists of a comfortable living room with connected TV, a sofa bed (new mattress 190 x 200 cm), a dining area, a balcony. The kitchen is closed and everything you need is at your disposal to cook on site! The toilet is independent to the bathroom. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower. The room consists of a bed 160 x 200 cm and has a closet to store your belongings as well as an office space to work in peace.



Guest Access:

You have information on the day of your arrival to access the accommodation independently. The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have access to a parking space in the basement



The Neighborhood:

Very charming area because the edges of the Marne are down the building, greenery and pedestrian path to get to the station in 5 minutes. All amenities are accessible next door also (shopping, tobacco, restaurant).



Getting Around:

The RER A of Neuilly-Plaisance will bring you to the center of Paris in 20 minutes. Disney in 25 minutes.

Everything has been designed for you with your comfort in mind !



An identity document (ID card or passport) will be required to finalise the booking. You may request that your details be deleted at the end of your stay.



Your bank details will be requested after booking via a secure form in order to take a bank imprint (no debit will be made).



Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability, and for a supplement of €40.
