About this property

Well equipped 3 bedroom with loft Condo in Indian Hills at Northstar

This 3 bedroom end unit features a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for a large family. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably, small open loft sleeps 2, and 4 kids in the bunk room. Come enjoy the quiet summers or the beautiful snowfall winters in Northstar. Unit is light and bright with natural light through large windows.

Property has free wifi with Amazon fire stick and Chromecast for TV access in Living Room and Primary bedroom. The bunk bedroom has PlayStation with access to Netflix. Also, available BluRay and DVD with lots of family favorites already provided.

Fireplace in the living room, you will need to supply your own fire starter and wood

The balcony has a new gas grill with a side burner. Balcony table seats 4.

Northstar Recreation Center offers free shuttle service during designated dates with pick-up just steps away from the condo. The recreation center offers pools, jacuzzis, and sports courts. Contact them directly with questions and covid restrictions. Passes are provided for parking at the condo and access to the Rec center (small fee applies $8/person as of 1/2021).

Northstar village offers an array of activities during peak months. Check their calendar for events

Lake Tahoe is just 15 min drive
Casinos at Stateline about 20 mins, Truckee downtown, and all that it offers is a 10-minute drive
Beautiful Donner lake is about 20 min drive.

Spacious Retreat for Large Family

We had five in our party. My two kids, age 18 and 11, and my 11 year old's bestie. Lots of room for everyone. I could easily see two small families staying here. Everything was clean and neat. Short shuttle ride to the village. Property owner was responsive.

What a lovely condo for our family in the perfect location to take the shuttle to Northstar to ski! It had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday weekend stay. We had a wonderful time!!
