ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

Rustic pine furnishings add an air of mountain charm to this townhouse. Curl up by the gas fireplace in the living room and watch a movie on the 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. A leather sleeper sofa offers space for extra guests, and a quaint office area provides a comfortable place for catching up on emails.

The formal dining area seats six, and the kitchen bar seats two. The roomy kitchen boasts gleaming black countertops, new stainless appliances, and a double sink with disposal. It's stocked with all the necessities for whipping up everything from après ski meals to on-the-go breakfasts.

Sip morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balcony overlooking the beautiful natural landscape.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, large windows, and warm wood details. Tuck in and watch your favorite shows on the 32” TV. The bright en-suite bathroom features lovely tile work and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 32” TV, and a private balcony. Both bedrooms offer ample closet storage space.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and tiled vanity.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, heated single-car garage, and driveway parking for one more.A shared pool and hot tub await at the Los Pinos Upper Village (450 Village Road).

THE LOCATION

Location, location, location! This inviting townhouse is a ski lover's paradise. You are just one block from the lifts at Breckenridge and less than 6 miles from Copper Mountain. Access run to the Snowflake chair is across the street, approximately 100 yards from the unit. Guests can ski right to the lift. In summer months, hike at Gold Run Trail, 3 miles from home, or hit the trail on a rental from Breck Bike Guides, 4 blocks away. When it comes to dining and imbibing, The Lost Cajun, Base Nine, and Relish offer seafood and creative American dishes, all within walking distance.

It is really hard to be disappointed being in Breckenridge during the summer as the surrounding area is beautiful, the trails are amazing, and Main St is great. The location is ideal (especially if you don't mind walking ~1 mile to downtown) and allowed us to hike some amazing trails, come back, and rest. We only had 2 guests, but feel at least 2 guests would sleep comfortably (I think there was a pull-out sofa).

Ski weekend

This was our second time staying in Los Pinos. It is a great location!!!! Close to snowflake lift and downtown Breckenridge. Exactly what you need for a ski getaway. Everything was clean and cozy. Check in was easy! Thank you!!

Annual ski trip

5 adult skiers. The walk to the Snowflake lift is it to far. Sleeping arrangements were adequate using the sleeper sofa. We would stay again

Great unit, issue with confirming how the heating system worked, but resolved. On departure my wife left her earrings on kitchen counter but were not turned in by the cleaning staff, later I saw them via reviewing some pics I took leaving the unit that showed them laying on the counter, but no response from the property manager..

Nice two bedroom condo

Great location. We stayed here three weeks as a bridge between housing. The condo is perfect for a small family or couple. We saw two moose and a fox off the back deck one day. The moose bedded down for several hours one afternoon 15 yards behind the condo. Very cool to view moose so close from the deck. Nice beds, dining room table, appliances, location and garage access. Thank you.

Great Location, Minor issues

This property was great in location. Nearby 2 chairlifts and a short walk into town. Minor issues with too few dishes...5 plates (one well chipped) for 5 people. We were constantly washing some plates and silverware to even be able to prepare and eat a simple meal.And maybe we missed the fact that the pool was 1/2 mile away?? But a good time was had.

The unnt is on par with a high end hotel but the bed and bedding was totally motel 6. There was good communication with the units managers. Plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils to accomplish cooking meals.

Other than that, the place was nice.

Reviewer Comments: As an owner of a rental property myself, here are somethings that I found positive, Turnkey was awesome to work with, very informative and helpful, I felt I could text them with any issues I had. The location was awesome and I loved having a small garage to put my car in at night. You can walk to the river walk, all downhill but that means you have to go uphill to get back. Somethings I would do if I owned this property would be pretty simple fixes, like new pillows for the beds, touch up with some paint, some wine glasses, but nothing that would prevent me from going back and re-renting this unit.

We contacted Turnkey for additional items of which I had to continue to pester about for 24hrs.

Just Right

Family of four (mom, dad, two sons - ages 16, 20) had a wonderful stay. The distance from Breckenridge was a short-ish walk downhill into town. There is a free shuttle however we did not use it. We were pleasantly surprised at amount of trees on and around the property and one son was able to relax in his hammock amongst the trees. The kitchen was well appointed albeit little space for pantry items. The sitting area included a sofa and glider rocker. We could have used one more comfy chair for lounging after our day-long hikes. The hot tub is 1/2 block away, easy to access, clean, and private. The community pool (shared with another condo complex) was farther away and nice enough. The bathrooms were fine and we were able to do a load of towels mid-week. There are trail heads within walking distance. Overall a positive experience and we would stay here again.

Location awesome! Space is awesome. Would stay there again. Only 2 things I’d recommend to management is to have the TV be able to face the couch fully and not be cut off slightly by the cabinet it’s in as well as the plumbing pipes knock when someone else in the building uses the plumbing, which woke me up a few times. Overall, I’d recommend and would stay there again, especially for the price!

Great location!

Clean and great location! This was priced so well for what it is. Yes it is a little worn, and really hard pillows but other than that everything was great and checkout was a breeze. We stayed here with our 2 young children and it fit us perfectly. We sat at night enjoyed the fireplace and some TV or sat out on the balcony and enjoyed a beer. Just a beautiful area and not even a 5 min drive into town. We will be back for sure, you seriously cannot beat the price. We weren’t able to make it to the hot tub but we did manage to go to the pool which was a short drive up the street. I did receive a gift card for leaving my review no matter what it said-positive or negative.

Lots of pros and cons with the townhouse:Pros: Location, easy access to downtown Breck and the ski area. Garage provided perfect storage area for our bikes, golf clubs, travel stuff. Fireplace works at the touch of a switch. Linens and towels are adequate...nothing fancy but okay.Living and dining furniture are comfortable.Television...smart TV's in living room and bedroom allow access to streaming.Internet...WiFi provides adequate speed and coverage.Laundry...washer and dryer work well.Ventilation...Windows open on both sides and air flows freely.Cons:Cleanliness: The townhouse was not cleaned well, the top of the refrigerator was filthy and we had to wash all the dishes and silverware when we arrived.General maintenance: The bathtub drain was clogged. One of the toilets had a faulty handle and required constant attention. The icemaker on the refrigerator worked half the time.No cleaning equipment. We were there a month. Not a broom or vacuum in sight. We had to buy a broom.Stovetop...If you are a short order cook and like to keep a hot pan moving, you'll love it. Otherwise, trying not to burn things on this stove is an art form.Small bedrooms and bathrooms. This townhouse was okay for a couple. Had there been more than two of us, it would have been very tight. Both bathrooms are small, one has a shower that's too tiny for an adult. There's no way two couples could be comfortable in this unit.Overall, we were happy with the unit and felt it was reasonable for the price. However, the lack of cleanliness, particularly in this time of COVID, will dissuade us from using this rental company again.
