LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and love seat in the living area. In the evening, settle in to watch a movie on the 58” smart TV with DVD.

Relax in the second living, outfitted with a sofa, love seat, and 42” flat-screen TV.

Socialize in the sitting area, featuring a sofa and a love seat. Or enjoy a quiet afternoon read in the sunroom, equipped with two rockers and a sectional.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will love the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it’s time to eat, choose from the kitchen table for six or the eight-person formal dining table.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps up to 12 guests in five bedrooms.

Find ultimate comfort with a stately king bed and a love seat in the master suite. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted soaking tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly in the guest suite, featuring a queen bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a full-size futon. The en-suite guest bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms are each outfitted with a full-size bed.

The fifth bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle as well as another twin bed.

The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The big backyard offers plenty of space to run and play.

Start the day with fresh coffee under the gazebo in the front yard. A new patio offers a great space to cook out using the gas grill and dine alfresco at the dining table for eight.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower are provided. Parking is available for four cars in the driveway.

Beach chairs/toys/umbrellas are provided for your convenience.

The two fireplaces are not available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
