Perfect, let's go! As you enter the home off the driveway in the rear, you'll find yourself in the laundry area that's available for all guests to use. Keep moving, and you'll come across a fully updated kitchen that's a chef's dream with seating for 6-8 guests. All appliances are within 2 years old!

Moving on, you'll find a spacious living room that faces the stunning marina! And, if the weather doesn't permit you to venture outside, you can enjoy a large smart TV and log into your accounts for streaming. You'll also find a 1/2 bathroom and an additional living space with a sleeper sofa that can be converted into a bedroom. To the right of the stairs, bedroom 4 also has a KING bed, and next to that is the bunk room (Bedroom 5) that can accommodate a bunk bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle. Lastly, bedroom 6, which has a queen bed, is accessible through the bunk room or the upstairs master bedroom!

The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the driveway and rear patio. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.
