Charming House Located in the Heart of Hyannis

Great house right in the heart of Hyannis! Modern chic décor with plenty of access to restaurants nearby, the Cape Codder water park and only 5 minutes away from Craigville beach! There is an in-law apartment behind the house that may have guests staying also, but it is completely detached from the main house and a separate entry. There is also a ferry that goes to the vineyard that is a 5 minute drive. Main street in Hyannis, a tourist hotspot is only a few minutes away. A rare find!

The space
You have access to the entire house and can use all the amenities available. Two of the bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, are on the lower level, as well as one of the bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: One of the bedrooms does not have windows, as this part of the house is garden level, however, there are dehumidifiers as well as fans down there so the air is fine.
Guest access

Please park on the right side of the driveway. Up to 4 cars can fit there. The left side is reserved for guests that may (or may not) be staying in the carriage house during your stay. The carriage house is completely separate from the main house. Only the driveway as well as the backyard are shared spaces.
