New, bright and spacious apartment "Lisa" (EC)

The house "Zur Hohen massacre" in Roschlaub in Scheßlitz offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area and is only 5 minutes drive from Scheßlitz away. The two spacious, bright apartments have been extensively renovated in the spring 2016th Apartment Lisa on the ground floor offers 80sqm space for 6 people. When setting value was placed on a contemporary yet homely design. The kitchen has a complete equipment, the bathroom is spacious, with a large shower and a washbasin on broad ensure a feel-good morning. In very large garden live chickens (fresh eggs) and rabbits, like they can be fed. A barbecue invites you to cozy dinner in the garden. Restaurants, bakeries and shops are only 5 minutes away by car. Right next door at the inn "Finzel" you can stop every Sunday from noon and Tuesdays from 18 AM.

Cot & high chair are available on request. Hair dryer, washer and dryer are available. The apartment is pet and smoke free. Spaces and a garage with direct access to the house are available (the garage please order as needed before requests). Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Socket guards available in all rooms, smoke detector.

Towels and cleaning are included in the price of three days, for stays of less than three days fall 35.00 Euro additionally.

Eine sehr gepflegte FeWo in sehr ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Ein PKW ist allerdings aus unserer Sicht zwingend, da Roschlaub doch sehr abgelegen ist. Mit dem PKW ist Bamberg und auch alle anderen umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut

Eine wirklich tolle, geräumige und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Verkehrstechnisch gut zu erreichen und somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Städte- und Wandertouren in der Umgebung.Waschmaschine, Trockner und Tiefkühlschrank befinden sich im Keller. Schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung

Wir waren gut untergebracht, die Aufteilung der Täume war sehr gut, sehr geräumig. Wir haben den Außensitzplatz mit herrlichen Blick bei besten Wetter genossen. Es war Alles da was benötigt wurde, das einzige was wir uns gewünscht hätten wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Tolle ruhige Lage mit super Ausblick. Die Ausstattung der geräumigen Wohnung war sehr gut. Für uns als Familie mit 5 Personen war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge kurz vor Ostern. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren die Gastgeber, die auch das Gasthaus nebenan betreiben. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und die Bewirtung! Sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren 2022/23 zu Silvester schon in der Ferienwohnung oben drüber und haben uns super wohl gefühlt und dieses Jahr in dieser Wohnung auch. Es ist alles da was man zum wohlfühlen braucht.Das Objekt ist schön ländlichen, ruhig gelegen, aber man ist super schnell einer Stadt oder zum einkaufen.Es gibt auch viel schönes in der Natur ringsum zu entdecken. Wir würden auch noch rin drittes Mal wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank für unseren schönen Urlaub.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang wurde uns kurz gezeigt, wo wir alles finden. Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch irgendwo im Nirgendwo in einem kleinen Örtchen, genau wie wir es wollten. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles was man braucht. Kleine Minuspunkte brachten das fehlende Eisfach im Kühlschrank und die 5 NICHT vorhandenen Tassimo-Pads. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Und wir hätten diese auf Nachfrage bestimmt bekommen. Wir haben uns alles in Allem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
