Modern house in quiet country setting in charming Lot village.

Calm, silence and rest guaranteed! Enjoy the swimming pool, the garden and the terrace with barbecue and our natural wooded area. Large living room, TV room and open kitchen. Rocamadour and Padirac are about twenty kilometres away, Figeac 25 km away where a very nice market is held on Saturday mornings. The Célé river is close by for white water activities and the Causse is full of trails to discover on foot or by bike. Associative bar in the village 5 days a week. Very small residence 800 metres from the village, nature is omnipresent and the neighbors as quiet as they are nice. Mini market, bakery, two restaurants in Livernon (6 kms). On site: playground, darts, petanque balls. Ping Pong on request.
