Les Gets Rental: Modernly decorated, spacious, and bright two-room apartment, recently renovated, of a good standard, equipped for 4 to 6 people, with a surface area of ??44 m², located on the raised ground floor of the "LE COTEAU" residence (with elevator). 300 m from shops and 500 m from the Chavannes ski school and gondola lift. 1 private parking space in the basement. Ski locker. Central heating. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange bicycle storage.
Description: - Entrance hall with closet - Equipped living/dining room - Lounge area with 1 Rapido sofa for 2 people (160x190) + armchairs + TV, access to the balcony - Kitchen area open to the dining room equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nesspresso capsule coffee machine, blender, citrus press, scales) storage cupboards with cookware - One bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x190) + 1 double sofa bed (160x190) + closet - Bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine/dryer) - Separate toilet - Pets not allowed.
