Sallie and Bill are gracious hosts. We have stayed at the cabin several times. We have never been disappointed in anything. There's a lot to see and do in the surrounding area. There are many hikes around to go on and festivals going on all the time. We enjoyed our visit.

The cabin was very cozy and made one harken back to the olden days. Sally was an amazing host and was available for any questions or concerns. This property is also (and Sally is...) very pet friendly. I highly recommend this property.

A magical retreat

This is the second time we stayed in this adorable cabin. My husband and ai reset our souls here. The owners are so accommodating and sweet. We highly recommend this historical cabin to anyone.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay here! It was close to many local attractions, and the hosts were kind and helpful. The place was pet friendly, and smelt like the rustic log cabin that it was without any lingering pet smells. Our dog felt at home here and so did we! We loved the rich history the place had and can't wait until we can return again.

Nice Cabin & Location to Eastern Tennessee Outdoors

Very nice cabin, we rented in this location to visit relatives and to hike / bike. Visited Asheville, hiked a section of the Appalachian Trail in Erwin. Johnson City & Greenville has nice restaurants & microbreweries

Best place in Limestone!

We were pleasantly surprised with the roominess of the cabin. We slept great, had wonderful coffee each morning and found everything to be above our standards which is saying a lot! Thank you to the owners for all the little details and for offering up this place… we hope to return soon.

This property has everything you need and more. A beautiful, peaceful setting with thoughtful, kind hosts. The cabin is quaint, yet dark. They provide tons of lamps to lighten the rooms. The local art work is a great touch. When cooking your own food, you will find everything you need. (Except counter space), but that just requires a little creativity. There is even a nice grill to use. Spices and condiments were provided which was wonderful, since we had forgotten a couple of ours. The beds were not that comfortable, but that is a personal preference and wouldn't keep us from staying there again. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin is adorable. The property is so pretty. It had everything we needed. Sally and Bill were wonderful hosts. We loved meeting them. They made great recommendations for local food and activities. We fell in love with the town of Jonesboro and enjoyed some quality family time. We hope to come back.

Beautiful Log Cabin

Me, my wife and family loved the cabin. Beautiful place and a beautiful setting. Nothing but good things to say about the place. We stayed 9 nights and they were all amazing. Sally was an excellent hostess as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was a wonderful place to stay. There was nothing better than waking up in the morning and sitting by the fireplace! The property was everything it said it was going to be! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Sally was also very prompt and helpful in responding and very accommodating for a late check in and early check out.
