Enjoy peace and quiet at the very end of East Arctic Ave. This newly renovated vacation home is ready for guests! Unwind with a refreshing shower in the luxurious new bath and then prepare a meal in the kitchen, while gazing out to sea. The oceanfront deck extends the whole length of this first floor duplex and is perfect for taking in the sights and sound of the ocean. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king and a single bed. There are even a couple of hammocks for the perfect afternoon nap or star gazing.
If you need a little more room, you can also rent The Retreat, which is the fully equipped 1 bedroom vacation home located upstairs.

We enjoyed walking out the door onto the beach and listening to the ocean from the bedrooms and living room! Great location!

Nice getaway

Nice, clean and quiet property. Check-in process was not easy. We arrived at night and there is no visable adress on the property facing the street. Poorly lit outside, very hard to see steps to unit. Do not use the directions feature in VRBO app as it takes you to the wrong address. No way to contact host unless you call the emergency line. I was not willing to do this as it was not an emergency. They only take calls or texts during business hours. Nice beds and unit. The large round chair in the living room is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced with real furniture. The couch was nice, but a second comfortable seating option would have been appreciated. Overall very nice, but check in sucks at night and is not clear.

Just right

Cute and well maintained, great smaller rental in a great location. House moves in the wind which was slightly disconcerting but not a huge deal. Did not realize there wasn’t a dishwasher based on the listing - not really a problem for us but might be for some guests. Bathroom shelf needs tightening and grill igniter isn’t working, FYI.
