A coastal cottage on the water surrounded by vineyards and farm stands on the North Fork. Unwind in the backyard with a private view of the Goldsmith's Inlet where you can watch the sunrise, bird watch, and admire our local swans. A quick 5-minute walk to the Long Island Sound where you can sunbathe, swim, kayak, and watch the beautiful sunset. Conveniently located near Greenport, Orient, and Southold. A 20 minute drive from the Orient Point Ferry Terminal.

Seasonal items like the charcoal grill are only available from May 1st to October 31st.

Amazing get away

This is our second time staying at this property and we love everything about. The host goes out of her way to make your stay feel as comfortable and cozy as your own home. The beach is walkable and beautiful- we caught sunsets and sunrises. Lots of family memories

This house is truly amazing. Everything is exactly as the description says, or even better. It is located off the beaten path, but close enough to easily get to all of the fun spots! We had a wonderful time at this well appointed rental in beautiful Peconic. The house is just as described by the Host. Everything you could think of was provided. It has a great sunrise off the rear patio. It’s in walking distance of the water. It’s close to Love lane, wineries, and very nice restaurants. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Beach House is lovely.

The Beach House was an ideal fit for our family group. It was clean and well equipped. The beach is a five minute walk. The North Fork area is delightful this time of year. Mae has provided an excellent list of restaurants and places of interest. We also had the benefit of gorgeous fall weather. All and all, an excellent holiday.

My name is Mae and my mother, Patti bought this charming cottage in the early 90's. We love the North Fork and everything it has to offer. Ever since she got sick, I decided to renovate the cottage in honor of her since those were our plans ever since I was younger. We hope you enjoy our dream home!

The perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the beaches, vineyards, and farmstands. Take a 5 -minute bike ride to the beach or cruise to the local tennis/pickleball courts. Enjoy the local fruits, vegetables, wines, and seafood. Don't forget to stop by the unique antique shops along the way.

A waterfront view with no neighbors on either side of the house and a 5-minute walk/bike ride to the beach. Beautiful sunrises in the backyard and sunsets at the beach. The perfect home away from home.
