La Quinta Getaway

We enjoyed this well equipped vacation home in a nice, dog friendly community. Our host was easy to reach and helped us quickly. The home was very comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation.

Laguna Interlude

The house was well maintained in a very attractive neighborhood. The location was convenient for shopping, dining and sports. A great experience.

Laquana Del Lapaz unit

The host was very easy to communicate with. There were a few issues when we arrived with electrical which was quickly resolved. The showers did not drain well from the start and the unit backed up to a busy road with much road noise. The home could use some TLC

HI Mary. We take all issues and reviews to heart and are surprised by your feedback none of which was relayed to us. You reserved the house stating 2 people will be arriving but 10 people showed up none of which we gave you a hard time about. The house underwent a remodel less than 2 years ago and the electrical does not have issues. Someone must have done something and the main breaker was reset within the hour and everything was great. As far as the showers drainage, long blonde hair was found in all the showers that might have caused the clogging. The location is prime La Quinta location on Washing and Eisenhower. No its not ghost town but yes there is minimal street noise. La Quinta is not an overly populated city (unless it's festival season) to hear street noise. The last renter loved the community so much they bought a house right across our property.

Thoroughly Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

Violet's home offers an oasis of calm in this delightful community of Laguna de la Paz, a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The photos on the listing fairly depict the ambience of the property. The furnishings and decor have been gracefully and tastefully done. Violet (based in LA) is a gracious and responsive host, and the community HOA office (particularly Tina) is also an excellent resource for questions and suggestions. As a former guest commented there is some road noise outside on the patio at times (some properties have installed fountains to overlay some white noise distraction). All in all a very pleasurable month away.

La Quinta , great stay

This property is exactly like the pictures, only roomier! Perfect location. Close to downtown La Quinta and to the March BNP tennis tournament. Gated community of Laguna de la Paz is a hidden gem. Walking/biking/hiking all easy and accessible. Owner, Violet, is very friendly/responsive. Highly recommend. (One note: there is street noise, especially when on back patio).
