Larkspur Lodge with Mesmerizing Lakefront views
Lake front views! 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath 1,675 sq ft home directly on the lake. Kitchen, dining room, living room, large master bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed, 1 full bath and 1 half bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. Views of the lake from almost every room in the home. Large deck off the living room and master bedroom as well as off one of the bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of space in the yard or the ground level for gatherings!
Please note the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms is very narrow.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please Make sure all garbage is placed into bags before you put in trash bin outside.No loose trash goes into outside trash bin. There will be a $100 forfeiture from deposit if trash is unbagged.
The AC thermostat must not go lower than 63. The upstairs mini split AC temp must not go lower than 67. The AC unit does freeze up when the thermostat is set below the above mentioned temperatures.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
