About this property

Enjoy this three bed two bath home located near the 1215 boat launch and minutes from the newly opened Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park. The home has been recently updated and boasts open living and kitchen area. There is a large yard with ample parking for several boats. The covered deck with games is sure to please kids and adults alike.

The property is located at the end of diverse neighborhood. The large lot and fenced in yard provides a feeling of seclusion, despite being in a neighborhood minutes from several amenities in Toledo Bend. You will drive directly past the back entrance/ parking area of Friend's Bar. The bar does host live music on occasion. The music can be enjoyed from the porch of our home.

Both cell phone and internet service can be spotty. Use your time here to disconnect and enjoy the provided games. Book for a week and receive 10% off.

Every year we have friends that get together and spend a few days out at Toledo Bend fishing this place was awesome everything was great and easy to book.

Veillion Family Review

The first thing we noticed about our stay was the odor of cigarette smoke. While it wasn’t an overwhelming amount of smoke smell it was noticeable every time we came in from outside. The only other issue we had was the code for the door quit working and we weren’t able to get inside until Deavon was able to answer the phone and give us a code for the manual master key box. This was frustrating for the time being. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.
