L’appartement est situé en plein centre-ville là où vous trouvez tout pour ne pas avoir besoin de prendre votre voiture, la plage, les Commerce et les restaurants ainsi que les animations et le marché sont tout autour de l’appartement. La voiture peut aussi prendre des vacances.

L’avantage d’être en centre-ville, mais aussi l’énorme avantage d’être au calme, l’appartement est dans un ensemble simplement de quatre logements. L’intérieur est très propre et très soigné. Tout est neuf, le logement est classé officiellement trois étoiles.
