💦 Pool Details
Pool heating available upon request:

$75 per day
(Heated to a comfy 82–84°F. Pool heat may be unavailable during extreme cold to protect equipment.)

Please let us know if you’d like it heated or if any issues arise during your stay. We’re happy to assist. After booking please request pool heating with the number of days desired and we will send you a payment request via Airbnb email on file to complete the payment there.

★ No Parties or Large Gatherings ★
Only registered guests are permitted. Please reach out with questions prior to booking if you're unsure whether your stay qualifies.

★ Parking ★
6–7 vehicles can be accommodated in front of the house. Street parking may be available nearby.

★ Pets Welcome (with fee) ★
Up to 2 pets allowed for a $100 fee per booking.
To avoid a $1000 fine, please:

Keep pets off furniture and beds

Do not use household utensils or bowls for them

Clean up after them respectfully

★ Entertainment ★
Three TVs throughout the home, each with Roku for streaming (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. – just log in with your accounts).

★ Security ★
There are no security cameras on site — your privacy is respected.

🔞 Important
Minimum age to book is 21 years old. The booking guest is responsible for the entire group.
If authorities are called due to excessive noise or disorderly conduct, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without refund.
