Freshly updated, end-unit condo with views of the Santa Rosa and SanJacinto mountain ranges. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the large patio equipped with outdoor grill and misters. Situated steps from the pool and spa.

Located within the 24- hour gated Chaparral Country Club that includes the Ted Robinson 18-hole golf course.

Renters are allowed to golf the course for a fee, comparable to other clubs.

Work out at the fitness center, play tennis or pickle ball on the well-lit courts. Enjoy wonderful dining in the club house or enjoy al fresco dining on the patio at the club. Chaparral is centrally located (just 2 miles from shopping & dining on El Paseo). Minimum stay 30 days.

Neutrally decorated with fresh linens, updated bathrooms and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room with large sectional and big screen TV.

The Kitchen has been updated and has all new stainless appliances and is well stocked for your convenience. Dining table has leaves on each end that expand. Brand new washer and dryer.

Enjoy a 2 1/2 mile morning walk along the road that circles the golf course, and savor the fragrance of the many fruit trees along the way.

We would comeback !!

We found the house to be very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. the furnishings and appliances were well maintained or new. Even when the dishwasher stopped working, they had it fixed right away, and even bought us dinner.
