The mill with living area was very tastefully restored maintaining the original tower. It is located in a quiet rural area near Santanyi, with many restaurants, shops and a busy market. The beach Cala Llombards is only 8 km away.
From the entrance one enters directly to the spacious living-dining area. About the adjoining modern kitchen there is access to a protected by awning terrace with BBQ. On the other side of the tower are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms, which share a spacious bathroom. The whole house flows through brickwork and color a pleasant warm ambiance.
The outdoor area features a beautiful pool chlorine with the masses 5. 0m x 5m 4. Depth: 1. 30m. Depth to: 1. 80m. Sunbeds, outdoor shower and an external dining area with barbecue.
