Beautifully landscaped grounds, a marina, waterfront dining, Euro-style spa, 3 crystal blue pools, poolside bar & grill, fitness center, aerobic & Pilate’s studios, a yoga center, full-service concierge and tennis.

Take the complimentary shuttle and enjoy the luxury hotel van. Rent bikes, kayaks, paddleboat, and boats from the marina.
The space
Relax in this spacious and luxurious beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two bath cottage condo with high end kitchen, designed with everything you’ll need to truly make it your home away from home.

Tastefully decorated and comfortably appointed throughout. The master bedroom features an in-suite with separate jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a king if desired.

Don’t want to go out, enjoy quiet nights at dining home with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking supplies and even outdoor grill located on the lanai.

Westerly facing and a very quiet 2nd floor unit, is where you can enjoy sitting out on the lanai watching its sunset views sharing your favorite bottle of wine.

One reserved under cover parking space right outside the unit as well as ample guest parking. High speed internet, Wi-Fi and Roku TV are included giving you the ability to log into any of your streaming services.
Guest access

At first it may seem very confusing, but Naples Bay Club (NBC) or Naples Bay Resort (NBR) are one the same when it comes to your vacation. They both service each other, therefore either reception desk can service all your needs.

NBC is where the Cottages are located and NBR is the marina hotel. NBC is where you will find the pools, gym, tennis courts and NBR is where you find marina activities, kayak rentals etc.

All guests are required, to check-in before you can gain access to the resort amenities. The resort is Cash-Less so you will be required to secure incidental and room charges with a credit card at time of check-In.


It is a very short walk between both areas. The resort does provide golf cart transportation around the complex if you choose not to walk.

Other things to note
The resort fees for the amenities are paid directly to the Resort upon arrival. These fees are separate from the reservation costs. ** Fees are subject to change by Naples Bay Resort**

61/1/2026 - 10/31/2026 - $150 Resort Administration Fee and $50 Daily Resort Fee

All Fees, plus tax, are NOT part of the daily rental fee. They are paid directly to the Naples Bay Resort by the guest at Check-Out

Additional cleaning services can be purchased upon request.

Great Family Vaca

The place was perfect for our family. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff at the club were incredibly helpful and wonderful hosts. The location was ideal, with an easy walk across the bridge to Tin City and downtown. The pool and gym were fantastic. Highly recommend!

This place is very nice. The only downfall is the lanai abuts a busy road so there is some noise to contend with but beautifully kept and furnished. Rich was attentive to our needs, which were not many because the place is what it says it is on the listing.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Rich and Ramona’s beautiful condo and the Naples Bay Resort’ property. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and provided us with most of the comforts of home. An excellent stay

Staying here provides so many conveniences and comforts in Naples. It's very close to all the restaurants and beaches. The resort itself is perfect for families, and the cottage was very clean and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed ourselves very much and found the whole process easy and convenient for the week we were there. For our next visit to Naples we will be considering this as our first option if it's available. Also I'd like to thank our hosts who were so responsive by text messages to answer any questions we had and for the list of recommendations they gave us before we arrived.

Staying at Rich’s lovely, clean home in Naples was so stress-free, from check-in to checkout. My family (including two young children) loved the amenities at the resort, especially the lazy river and the pool. The unit had everything we needed from laundry on-site to a well-stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Both my children have allergies, so we tend to cook from home when we travel, and we had everything we needed at Rich’s place. The location was excellent too! A short walk to downtown Naples and all the restaurants there, and if you’re a runner, not too far for a jog to the beach! We would absolutely book it again. Thanks for the memories!

Resort and unit are well kept; all very clean and updated. Everything as described. Rich is a great communicator though we had no need to contact him after we arrived because everything was self explanatory and we had no questions or issues. Naples has rebuilt post Hurricane Ian so seamlessly that you wouldn’t know there was a hurricane for the most part.

Spring break 2023

We had a wonderful week in this lovely property. Everything is as pictured in the listing. Lots of extra towels and plenty of kitchen supplies. The location was walking distance to restaurants but there is no need to leave the property for a meal. My boys enjoyed burgers by the pool. I enjoyed one of the best massages I have ever had. The spa is top notch. So is the fitness facility. Every piece of equipment I could possibly need was available. The owners are very responsive though we had no need to contact them. Richard provided very detailed instructions so check in and check out was a breeze. Would love to stay here again!

Just like home

Rich was so very helpful in providing recommendations for things we could do while there. He was very detailed in his information for checking in and getting there…even though we did get lost:) He was available when we needed him most even though our flights were late and we had to call at 1 am. He even stayed on the phone with us to ensure we got in after a long day of fights. Very kind and most accommodating host I’ve ever worked with! He made us feel like family. The property was beautiful, the condo felt like home as soon as we walked in with everything that we needed…even little soaps when we thought we had packed enough! The washer and dryer was great to have and they had great instructions for it and the supplies as well…we even brought our own just in case. It felt like home because they thought of everything and the property was ready for you to use just like you would at your own home. The only thing my girls found missing was an ice cream scoop…lol! It was a great relaxing place to stay with so many various options in activities we could have spent another week and wouldn’t have gotten bored. Our kids LOVED the pool, smoothies, frozen grapes and frozen eucalyptus towels at the pool daily…they were living their best life!!! Hope to visit again!
