It is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a wide living-room with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, oven) and a guest toilets.
- on the top floor: 1 masterbedroom with a double bed (180cm) and its private bathroom and toilets, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a third bedroom with a 140cm sofa-bed and a separate shower-room with toilets.
A/C in the living-room and on the 1st floor.

A terrace with a swimming-pool on the river side. South-oriented.
A patio to park your car on the street side.
A mooring down the house for a 11m x 3,80m boat.
The beach is about 5 minute away from the house and the shops/ restaurants, about 1 minute away only.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttle in summer.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
