if you are looking for relaxation from everyday stress, rest and relaxation! Do you love long walks or bike rides by the lake and in the forest? Then you have found the right place. Our house was completed in 2015, lovingly furnished for 4 people and by the German Tourism Association e. V awarded 5 stars.

You can easily reach the holiday home via the B72, exit Thülsfelder Talsperre Mitte. The holiday home area "Am Katzenstein" is located directly at the Thülsfeld dam.

We offer you on approx. 104 m² living space and 350 m² garden with 2 terraces, a lockable equipment room and 2 car parking spaces, space for 4 people (due to existing sofa beds, 2 additional people are possible). The house has satellite TV, telephone, WiFi, safe, underfloor heating throughout the house, all windows with electric shutters and pleated blinds, washing machine and dryer, garden furniture with sun loungers and parasols and a gas grill.

The living area and dining area:
The living area consists of cozy living
landscape (conversion to bed possible) with coffee table, media cabinet with LED TV, DvD player, media player with WEB access, a hi-fi system and a game console.
The dining area is comfortably furnished with the usual furniture and fully equipped for 6 people, so that you can also receive visitors. Self-

In addition to the basic equipment such as an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster, the kitchen also has a dishwasher, microwave, blender, water and egg cooker. A seating area completes the modern facility.

The bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed (box spring bed), bedside cabinets, sliding door wardrobe, reading armchair and LED TV.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa bed with table, LED TV and hi-fi system.

The bath rooms:
1 bathroom on the ground or Upstairs. Both have a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and towel warmer. Hairdryers, makeup mirrors, towels and bathrobes are of course included.

The house is non-smoking, pets are not allowed. The minimum booking period is 3 days (2 nights in the off-season). The rental prices include Telephone, WiFi, electricity, gas, water, bed linen, towels, bathrobes and final cleaning. If the rental period is longer than 14 days, you can request a free intermediate cleaning.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation from the very first moment, the beds have already been made and additional blankets and pillows are available on request. We are happy to offer you a shopping service for drinks and groceries before arrival.

Sport and fitness:
We would be happy to provide you with rental bikes on request.

Various restaurants, cafés and restaurants can be easily reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes. Shops for daily needs can be found about 8 km away.
