Please be aware there needs to be at least one member in the rental party that is at least 23 years of age or older otherwise, you risk being turned away at the gate. This unit only accommodates 6 people per regulations by resort.

Come enjoy a tropical stay at this 2 bedroom 2 bath beachside condo with beach access! We are east-side of A1A, so no road crossings and only a few minutes’ walk via a private walkway to paradise and beautiful sunrises!

Home to an array of amazing attractions, entertainment, and fine dining opportunities, St. Augustine has it all! Venture out to the historical sites or stay “home” where there’s tons to do at the resort, from swimming in the pool, to soaking in the hot tub, to working on your serve at the tennis courts, to fishing in the pond right outside your unit!

Ideal for smaller families or friends traveling together, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is inviting and comfortable, keeping everyone connected. Gather at the bar top dining table and enjoy a delicious meal, or meet in the cozy living area to chat or have a movie night on the 65” flat screen TV!

The cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal. There’s even a convenient bar area with a mini fridge for easy access to keep your beverages close and cool! A covered balcony is what you’ll need for your morning outdoor coffee to welcome the new day.

Both bedrooms (one with a comfortable king-size bed, the other with twin and double mattress in bunk bed structure) feature flat screen cable TV’s.

There’s also a queen size pull out couch and a pack ‘n play you can setup to accommodate your children or that extra friend that wants to tag along!

Two full bathrooms make it easier for everyone to get ready and be on time to catch those breathtaking sunrises!

All bedding and towels are provided and there’s a washer/dryer so you can keep your wardrobe fresh and your swimsuits dry.

Efficient and comfortable location

Apartment is nice, well equiped which is part of one also well mantained resort property. Short walk to the beach. 3 mins drive to Publix, 10 mins to attractions. No elevator which you need to factor in if someone has some has challenge to take the short stairs to 3 floor. I would recommend taking family and/or for couples.

Clean, Safe, Convenient

We felt right at home in our condo. This was our first family vacation as a single mother and I felt very safe here. The property manager is very kind and made the entire process a great experience. Dreaded going up the stairs to the 3rd floor but once we were at the top-worth it. We brought the wagon down on day one and stored it in our Honda Pilot all week so we didn’t have to carry it up every time.

Beautiful beach getaway

This is a great place to stay! The resort is lovely. The building is steps from the pool. The resort itself is on the beach, but the building is a short walk. They provide a beach wagon for transporting gear which worked well. It’s a manageable distance. Lauren was a fantastic host and communicated quickly and was super helpful. Highly recommend this great place!

Great location and beach access

The location was great - close to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. The pool was great too. And the condo community was very well kept and quiet. The condo itself was nice but it could have been a touch cleaner. I am picky but the stove was a little grimy, the grout in one of the showers had some signs of mildew and the washer and laundry room needed some cleaning. Overall the property was nice - just be sure that the cleaning service pays attention to the details. Details do matter. The owner was very responsive the one time I had to contact her.
