Welcome to our charming Mid-Century Beach House, just steps from one of St. Augustine Beach’s most beautiful stretches of sand. With no streets to cross and no cars permitted on this stretch of beach, it’s easy to settle into a relaxed coastal vacation.

Freshly renovated in 2026, our two-bedroom cottage blends its mid-century character with modern comforts. Thoughtfully furnished and welcoming, the home sleeps up to four guests—perfect for couples, small families, and friends looking to spend time by the ocean.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

The beach is just a short walk from the house, so there’s no need to load the car or carry your gear a long distance. We provide beach chairs, towels, and a beach cart to help make your days by the water easy.

Our stretch of beach is north of the A Street vehicle access ramp, where cars are not permitted on the sand. Enjoy sunrise walks, surfing, swimming, searching for shells, or simply relaxing with a good book.

The cottage sits in a peaceful beach neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and the St. Augustine Beach Pier.

Head out for morning coffee, grab lunch between beach visits, or stroll to dinner after a day in the sun. It’s a convenient location for enjoying the everyday pleasures of St. Augustine Beach.

EXPLORE BEYOND THE BEACH

Historic Downtown St. Augustine is a short drive away. Spend an afternoon exploring historic streets, local shops, galleries, restaurants, and the Castillo de San Marcos.

Nearby Anastasia State Park offers beautiful coastal scenery and opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The St. Augustine Lighthouse is another favorite stop while exploring Anastasia Island.

• If possible, aim to launder most towels the evening before check-out. • When using the washer & dryer, please stick to smaller loads to avoid overloading—especially with heavier items like towels.

"A Wonderful Week at the Beach in the Blue House"

My wife, daughter, & I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in the Blue Beach House. We enjoyed the convenience of being only a short walk away from the beach, local restaurants, & shops. The house was well-furnished with everything we needed for a great vacation.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids and doggies. Location is amazing, you feel the sea breeze all day long. The property is literally half a street away from the beach, 3 minutes walk tops. You also have a great coffee shop nearby, ice cream shop and restaurants, all walking distance. We are already planning our next visit! wonderful hosts, available when needed and welcoming.

Our mid-century beach house combines vintage coastal charm, fresh modern comforts, and a location that makes beach days easy. Renovated in 2026, this welcoming beach house is just steps from the sand—with no streets to cross.

Located on the ocean side of Beach Boulevard, north of the A Street vehicle access ramp, we enjoy a beautiful stretch of St. Augustine Beach where cars are not permitted on the sand. Beach chairs, towels, and a beach cart are provided, so you can settle right into vacation.

Walk to neighborhood restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and the pier. Historic Downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia State Park are a short drive away, giving you plenty to explore while staying in a peaceful beach neighborhood.

We live a couple of homes away and are happy to share our local favorites. It’s the combination we love most: mid-century character, an easy walk to the ocean, and a personal welcome from nearby hosts.
