House in Provence Verte "Between sea and mountains

Welcome to my home, designed to comfortably accommodate families and friends. Let yourself be seduced by its warm atmosphere and its facilities designed for your well-being.

Living space:
The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the house. It includes a comfortable lounge area with a large flat screen, high-speed Wi-Fi access and a TV decoder for your moments of relaxation. The friendly layout invites you to relax and share.

Equipped kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped for food lovers: American refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave and numerous cupboards offering generous storage space for very complete dishes. You will also find a Monsieur Cuisine food processor as well as raclette and fondue sets for convivial evenings. We provide you with basic elements such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. Various small appliances are also available.

Sleeping area:
The sleeping area, separated for more tranquility, leads to three comfortable bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: (approx. 11 m²) king size bed, quality bedding, cupboards/storage
• Bedroom 2: (approx. 11 m²) 140 double bed, quality bedding, cupboards/storage
• Bedroom 3: (approx. 10 m²) pull-out bed 2X80, quality bedding, cupboards/storage + a desk. Each bedroom is bright and has storage space for your personal belongings. Hangers are available in the closets. Bed linen is provided for each stay.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom is equipped with an extra-large walk-in shower with a built-in bench, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. There is also a double sink, a large illuminated mirror and a wardrobe to store your toiletries. A hairdryer, washing machine and dryer are available for added comfort. We also provide bath towels and a bath mat.

Separate toilets:
Separate toilets with hand basins are available for added convenience.

Cloakroom:
A convenient cloakroom area at the entrance allows you to easily store your shoes, coats and jackets as soon as you arrive.

Outside: A space for relaxation and conviviality
Take full advantage of our outdoor facilities:
• 5/6-seater Jacuzzi: Treat yourself to moments of pure relaxation in our private jacuzzi.
• Gas barbecue at your disposal (utensils included).
• Two terraces: A south-facing terrace and a north-facing terrace, ideal for summer dining.
• Garden furniture: You will find a dining table with chairs, comfortable sun loungers and a parasol to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
• Garden: The garden is being landscaped. The space is however fenced and closed by a gate.
• Private parking: Several parking spaces are available in the garden for your vehicle, with easy access.

Semi-detached house not overlooked. Exterior under renovation: Please note that the exterior of the property is currently under renovation. However, rest assured that the space will be secured and tidy as well as possible for your arrival and during your stay, to minimise any inconvenience.

Garéoult and its surroundings offer many hiking trails for all levels. Here are a few examples:

• Le Vallon de Cavaillon: A short and invigorating hike
• Le Chemin de la Grande Muraille: An easy walk in Provence Verte, suitable for families with children.

- Weekly market on Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.: A must-see in Provence, the Garéoult market has been voted 2nd most beautiful market in France in 2023
