Our bright apartment is on the top floor (without roof angles) of Villa Aurum in the district Graal. The listed building, built in 1896 in a seaside style, has been completely renovated 2000th
The two large balconies on the east and south side of the building invite you to sunbathe and relax. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. The welcoming living room is connected to the open kitchen. In both balconies are accessible. The apartment has a separate parking space in the yard. One also versions on the farm bike shed can be used.
Note: Towels and linens are not supplied by the guests.
In nearby Rhododendron Park and on the Baltic beach, you can have a great time anytime. The adjoining coastal bog and the location surrounding Rostock heath are ideal for walks and bike rides, in every season. In Graal-Müritz the "Aquadrom" is with seawater swimming pool, outdoor pools, saunas, sports facilities and a restaurant.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Graal Müritz. Die Wohnung ist prima! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Betten sind komfortabel und die Heizung macht die Wohnung schnell warm. Dazu gibt es noch zwei große Balkone. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen!!

Es war alles wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur einen Fön konnten wir leider nicht finden. Die Lage ist prima. Ruhig und es ist nur ein kurzer Weg durch den Wald bis zum Strand. Die Abende auf einem der tollen Balkone haben wir genossen. Leider hatten wir keinen Hinweis zum Stellplatz bekommen (nummeriert), eine freundliche Nachbarin konnte helfen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Komfort und Parkplatz. Strand, Park, Wald, Restaurants, Cafes, kleine Geschäfte, Apotheke, Bäderbahnhaltestelle alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Somit war es wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder, vielen Dank.

Wunderschöne und Helle FeWo.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, spiele für groß und klein sind vorhanden und in der Küche ist auch alles da was man braucht. Ein einzigen Punkt gibt es: im Bad vielleicht ein Rollo was blickdicht ist. Ansonsten schneller weg zum Strand und zu Einkauf möglichkeiten.

Graal-Müritz Villa Aurum

Wir hatten alle einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, weil: Sie ist gepflegt und mit viel Komfort im Küchen- und Badbereich ausgestattet ist. Sie Strandnah an einem wunderschönen Waldstück liegt. Die wichtigsten Geschäfte und Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten ist. Entspannen und Ruhe finden kann man hier aber auch sehr gut. Kurzum, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben uns in der tollen und umfangreich ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die beiden Balkone sind super, die Lage auch. In kurzer Zeit ist man mit einem schönen Spaziergang durch den Wald oder den Rhododendron-Park am Strand. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hallo eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit allen was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Unterkunft ist auch im Küchenbereich sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn wir wieder nach Graal-Müritz fahren, werden wir versuchen diese Ferienwohnung zu bekommen.

Einen zweite Reise wert!

Sehr komfortable und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage. Bequeme Schlaf- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Kleine, aber perfekt ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Zwei große Balkone, im Oktober bei Sonne herrlich zu nutzen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das WLAN, was vorwiegend im Eltern-Schlafzimmer zu nutzen ist. Wer aber über ausreichend Datenvolumen verfügt, hat darüber sehr guten Empfang. Außerdem sind Gesellschaftsspiele und DVD-Player vorhanden. Und die Natur und kulturelle Angebote in der Umgebung bieten soviel, dass man gut seinen digitalen Medienkonsum einschränken kann. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal wiederzukommen!

Ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung in wundervoller Lage
