Comfortable for 6 people with 3 large bedrooms, the 115m² house is renovated with a view to preserving the environment. Outside, in addition to the large private wooden terrace of 60m², you will have access to the many green spaces of the property, refuge for many birds: The swimming pool area shared with the owners with a wooden swimming pool (dimensions: 15x4x1.35m). Surrounded by green spaces, fruit trees and games for children.

Inside, you will find a 33m² living room with a "country house" style fitted kitchen, an insert for beautiful winter fires, a dining area for 6 people and a living room with skylight. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are pleasant, spacious and refined. They each offer 1 bed of 160cmx200cm (or 2 beds of 80x200cm). The large and very bright bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.

In keeping with the ecological commitment, the entire property is equipped with dry toilets with wood chips. You will discover this system without water or odours, very easy to use. The owners will accompany you in its management and operation.

Upstairs, an exceptional surprise awaits you... In place of the old chapel has been placed a monumental bedroom of 27m² and 4m high. Wooden ceiling, moldings, sculptures and headboard engraved in the tufa, subdued lighting, view of the trees, ultra-comfortable bedding with a bed of 180x200cm (or 2 beds of 90x200cm).

Upstairs, a 2nd living room is equipped with a television and a sofa. (beams at a height of 1.55m, access by the staircase difficult for very young children and the elderly). From this living room, you can observe the interior of the adjoining barn at your leisure through the fixed window.
