The equipment includes a flat-screen TV and a Nespresso coffee machine. The carport connected to the house can be used for a motor vehicle. The city bus stop is 40 meters away, the lake shore in "Lindenhofpark", with free access to swimming and beach coffee, is around 700 meters away. Bed and table linen as well as terry towels are available. The tenant is liable for damaged and lost items.
