We purchased this quaint, quiet, ground-floor, single-level condo in McCormick Ranch in 2021, and immediately began transforming it into the perfect vacation getaway. King bed, big TV, comfy furniture, and all the details covered. This is the perfect fit for a single or couple looking to get away and relax in the sun.
The layout includes a bright living room with fireplace, reading chairs, and a sleeper sofa. There is a dining room on the other side of a small bar and the covered patio. The dining room is adjacent to the well-appointed kitchen. The bathroom was updated in 2020, and the bedroom includes a luxuriously appointed king bed.
The community has two lighted pickle ball courts, one lighted tennis court, three pools (one heated) with hot tubs, access to trails, green spaces, a gym, and more. It’s also walking distance from shopping and the medical complex on 90th & Shea.
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults
No corporate events, large parties, weddings, etc.
