San Eugenio Alto is one of the most privileged residential areas in the south of Tenerife. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the southern tip of the island and are in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful villas and new buildings. The largest shopping centers of Gran Sur and Siam Mall, where you can find boutiques, cafes and restaurants, are within a few minutes. The two recreational water parks "Aqualand" and "Siam Park" are nearby. The charming harbor "Puerto Colón" and various beaches can be reached within a fifteen minute walk.

Our new small but beautiful "luxury apartment" in the south of the island in San Eugenio, beautifully located, Enjoy a stress-free holiday in our apartment. It is completely renovated and invites you to feel comfortable with modern, tasteful and high-quality furniture. We have been very careful that a maximum of sleeping comfort is achieved. The queen-size bed with high-quality elevated cold foam mattress (like Tempur) ensures a restful sleep and relaxation from everyday life. A comfortable sofa completes the spacious layout. The rooms are designed with easy-care wood-effect tiles and create a warm contrast to the interior.

The large flat screen TV - with German and some English and French TV channels - completes the comfort of the beautiful apartment and provides entertainment. Bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Travel cot and high chair for the little guests are available. Beautifully designed bathroom with floor-deep shower, hair dryer and washing machine, furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Simply fantastic. There is a private parking in the area, but only on request can be rented separately for a fee of 10 € per day and this only if he is free !!!!. Spacious pool area, with showers, changing rooms and loungers. On arrival we require a deposit of 300.- € and a cleaning fee of 65.- € both amounts must be paid upon arrival to our manager in BAR. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure in BAR if there are no damages.
Everything is brand new and as said the fantastic view invites you to enjoy a glass of wine !!

Home from home!

The apartment was better than the photos, we loved it. A compact apartment however the advert does not hide this - we found it ample size. The location was great, I would normally hire a car, however being within walking distance of restraunts/beach/local amenities and a bus route we did not feel this was necessary. I would definetly stay here again, we loved the decoration of the apartment and simple things such as having breakfast on the balcony! Thanks for the making our holiday great Holger & thank you Eva for accommodating to suit our needs on arrival/departure.

Einfach genial

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer tollen, großen Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selbst der Sonnenschirm für den Strand und Ladekabel sind vorhanden. Ein einzigartiger Urlaub, Dankeschön!

Klein,fein aber ohhhhhoooo! Super schöne,saubere,kleine Wohnung. Der Balkon (Terrasse) ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Blick aufs Meer,Sonnenliege,Sitzgelegenheit für 4 Personen und eine Hängeschaukel. Mega!!!! Check In und Check Out super freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar. Top! Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung super für 4 Personen wird es schon ein bißchen eng meiner Meinung nach. Man sollte auch gut zu Fuß sein,denn es gehen sehr viele Treppen nach unten zur Wohnung. Es gibt 2 Pools in der Anlage(sauber und gepflegt) wenn man mal keine Lust aufs Meer hat. Kurz gesagt wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung buchen!

Wundervoller Rückzugsort mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir durften als Paar 3 Wochen wunderschöne Urlaubstage in diesem schönen Appartement verbringen. Die kleine aber feine Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung - wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Empfang und die Übergabe verliefen vorbildlich, alle Fragen (auch während unseres Aufenthaltes) wurden stets schnell beantwortet, kleine Probleme umgehend gelöst. Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich die große Terrasse (nach Südwesten ausgerichtet). Hier kann man ab dem frühen Nachmittag die Sonne genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen... Die Aussicht ist wirklich sensationell! Nach dem wundervollen Sonnenuntergang taucht Adeje langsam in ein beeindruckendes Lichtermeer - der ganze Ort scheint einem zu Füßen zu liegen und lädt ein, noch eines der vielen schönen Restaurants/Bars zu besuchen... Unser Tipp: wer nicht noch einmal bis in den Ort laufen möchte, kann linkerhand der Wohnanlage ca. 200 bergauf das Restaurant "Calma Balkan Cuisine" besuchen. Hervorragendes Essen, tolle Aussicht, Live-Musik, nette und aufmerksame Bedienung (diese Erfahrung durften wir in allen Restaurants auf der Insel machen). Direkt nebenan gibt es noch die Möglichkeit Billard zu spielen. Hier waren wir oft und gerne. Fazit: wir konnten jeden einzelnen Tag genießen, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! Herzlichen Dank an Uschi, Holger & Marcus!

Glück im Unglück: Super schöner Urlaub

Die Bewertung bezieht dich auf das Apartment in Playa Paraiso. Dieses haben wir als Alternative erhalten, da das hier genannte Inserat zwei Tage vor Anreise unter Wasser stand. Das Apartment war super sauber, sehr modern und der Blick von Balkon super schön. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man perfekt die Insel erkunden. Alle Kontakte in Deutschland und auf Teneriffa sind sehr nett und sind sehr am eigenen Wohl interessiert. Jederzeit würden wir diese Reise wieder antreten!

Idealer Urlaub zu zweit

Das Appartment ist optimal ausgestattet. Die Terrasse für 2 Personen ideal und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Betreuung bei Übergabe und auch während des Urlaubs war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Ein Appartement in traumhafter Lage, zur Erholung bestens geeignet

Wir hatten zu zweit bewußt nach einem kleinen Appartement gesucht und haben darin 3 herrliche Wochen verbracht. Es besticht durch seine charmante Atmosphäre, Spuren der Abnutzung sucht man vergebens. Die Ausstattung zeigt, dass sehr umsichtig und in guter Qualität für die Gäste gesorgt ist. Das betrifft nicht nur die Gebrauchsgegenstände sondern auch die technische Ausstattung und das Bad. Wir hatten ein paar kühle Tage, in denen der Sturm den Regen gegen die Fenster peitschte. Mit der kleinen Infrarotheizung hatten wir es trocken und behaglich warm. Der schönste Platz ist jedoch die große Terrasse, denn an diesem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Atlantik, La Gomera und die Häuser am Hang kann man sich Tag und Nacht gar nicht satt sehen. Wer mit der Buchung seines Appartements sicher gehen will, durch qualitative Mängel und fehlerhafte Beschreibungen nicht enttäuscht zu werden, verlebt hier wunderbare Ferien.

Geniale Wohnung, super Urlaub!

Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause, die Wohnung ist klasse und super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Duschen wird hier zum Erlebnis, eine tolle begehbare Dusche, Waschmaschine und voll ausgestattete Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Eine wahnsinns Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf‘s Meer und sehr geräumig, hier kann man sich ausbreiten und voll entspannen. Frisches Baguette zum Frühstück kann man im Supermarkt (ca. 2 Gehminuten) bekommen und natürlich alles was man sonst so braucht. Bei Fragen, Unklarheiten, oder Problemen, ist Eva die Verwalterin stets bereit zu helfen. Alles in allem ein super toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung. Die Terrasse war absolut klasse. Tolle Wohnung !!!! 5 STERNE

Der Empfang durch Eva war sehr schön, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ein Traum, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit tollen möbel und einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer, die Insel La Gomera. Das Bett war super zum schlafen es hat eine sehr hochwertige Matratze. Hier wurde an nichts gespart. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ein tolle Begehbare - Dusche .Ein Parkplatz in der Anlage konnten wir zum Glück dank dem Eigentümer gegen eine kleine Gebühr dazubuchen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen auch dank der tollen WOHNUNG ! Der nächste Aufenthalt ist Gewiss !

Beautiful little apartment

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Holger's apartment! We loved everything about the apartment, the decor was the perfect balance between quirky and shabby chic. There was everything that we needed for our self catered holiday! Contact with Holger was always speedy, as was the contact with the property manager Eva. The balcony was perfect and even hosts views of the sea, the round sun longer was a great addition too! The apartment looks to be recently refurbished to a modern standard, which was very nice! Very cosy apartment but perfect for two! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for making our holiday so perfect!

Clean, stylish, homely and quite.

Apartment was excellent, location was great.. overall, we had a fantastic time there, thank you Mr singer. The only downside was the extra charge for cleaning which I hadn't noticed. It was an additional €65 which pushed the accommodation cost to over £550 for the week, which i felt made the property expensive for the size of accommodation. The stereo didn't work fully, only the radio. The bed was comfortable. the balcony was large, over half the size of the apartment with very nice furniture and excellent for relaxing in the afternoon winter sun. There are lots of stairs The pools were not heated as stated in the description which was disappointing as was a Deciding factor when we booked. The shower room was of a high standard with a great shower. The small kitchen had everything which you would need. Again, lovely units finish to a high standard.

Hello and thank you for your rating. Excuse me for the pool because there are 2 pools and loud management is always told us owner always the upper pool is heated and should generally have 24 degrees. I am very sorry if this was not the case. But will take care of me. The stereo system I've already told Eva that you dananch looks, maybe it is defective and it is not noticed any. But is done immediately. As far as the cleaning fee is concerned the is always due because you booked over Homeaway are also still charged as for the apartment you have actually paid less and the cleaning fees in the amount of one day rent always come, if one then just the fees still for Homeaway is charged but then a lot of money. Thanks anyway you liked it and you found the apartment beautiful. Sorry for dién pool the stereo and the cleaning here I have already caused appropriate and also the house management indicated that the pool was not heated, with the request to fix this immediately. I would be happy if you sign up again if you want another time af the island, I will then show me up and make you a good price. Thank you that you were my guest !!!! Greetings Holger from Gemany

Newly decorated apartment

The apartment was very well decorated and modern with a beautiful balcony and lovely views. Pool area gets the sun all day and very quiet and relaxing. Our contact, Eva, was very friendly and helpful and the place was really clean. Situated on a hill, so a taxi home is a must.
