Gîte L'outaou du château, idyllic tranquility in the heart of the village

The cottage L'OUSTAOU (which means in patois: the house) is located in the heart of the park of the Ardèche mountains.

In the heart of the village, in the medieval quarter, very close to a swimming area, the cottage with its gardens awaits you in a dreamlike silence.

Marrying the old and the modern, in a recently restored house, this accommodation is composed of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet.
You will find in summer the freshness of the houses of yesteryear.
It also has a decorated garden, pleasant with everything you need, to live outdoors in the summer.
The house is close to free parking, shops and a stone's throw from the river.

The accommodation
In the medieval district, very pleasant and very quiet. The accommodation for rent is a 60 m² apartment, consisting of a 37 m² living room-kitchen, opening onto a 50 m² garden with a hut, counter, barbecue...
On the half floor, a bedroom, a shower room and toilet, and a 2nd bedroom upstairs.
The apartment is ready to receive you.
You will find on your arrival a very comfortable bedding, with beds made, towels, household linen, but no baby equipment.

Traveller access:
You can park Temple Square or Cedar Square, you will find free parking.
The cottage is located 60 m away in the medieval district Ruelle du Château" sheltered from traffic and noise.

Other remarks:
Basic necessities are at your disposal, salt, pepper, mustard, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, household products.

Ensure the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
You must leave the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. The price of cleaning is set at a flat rate of €70 in the event that the cleaning is not done when you leave.
Empty and evacuate the various bins in the containers in the village.
All facilities are in working order and any claim regarding them must be made within 24 hours. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant.
The price of replacing broken or damaged objects, furniture or materials, as well as the price of cleaning duvets, comforters, bedding, ceiling, wall,... made dirty.
The tenant may not object to the visit of the premises, when the owner or his representative requests it.
Games and activities are under the full responsibility of the participants.
It is forbidden to walk on the walls, on the roof.
Pets if you have exceptionally had permission, must relieve themselves outside the property (bring poop bags to pick up).
Children (and pets) are under the full responsibility of the parents.
Owners decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.
