Enjoy a panoramic view of Buyers Peak and the surrounding area from the living room and balcony of this warmly furnished townhome. Renovated and Upgraded. The gas fireplace makes for cozy evenings. BBQ with friends on the private front balcony or enjoy private time on the master bedroom balcony. Quiet townhome design means no one above or below you. The included Meadow Ridge Clubhouse is a short walk and features a fitness center, year round outdoor hot tubs and year round outdoor heated pool. Park in the private oversize garage and keep your skis, boards and boots warm overnight. Quality cookware and a fully equipped kitchen will please the gourmet cook. There is a private Bosch washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and Internet TV.

Superb skiing and boarding are minutes away at Winter Park and Mary Jane. Ther free bus shuttle stops near the Unit. Tubing at nearby Fraser Tubing Hill is a fun break from skiing and a treat for the kids. Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowmobiling are all close by. Grand County has hundreds of miles of public trails. In summer enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, tennis, golfing and more. Historic Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park are a short drive. Nearby Hot Sulphur Springs features natural hot springs and a health spa. The Summer Rodeo is a local favorite.

I just came here to ski and hang out with my family in the evenings. This is a great place to do that. There is a shuttle stop right in front this unit, so getting to Winter Park is as easy as it can be.The townhouse is nicely equipped and clean. With the three bedrooms, there was plenty of room for my brother, my parents, and I.Instructions for getting in and checking out were easy.The worst part about it is that after a hard day of skiing, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the main level, and then another flight of stairs if you are in one of the two top bedrooms :) !

Comfortable & convenient for exploring Grand County

This spot helped make a family vacation with senior parents, adult sons & granddaughter a great success. The townhouse is located close to the Meadowridge pool & other clubhouse amenities and it’s within an hours drive to a number of Grand County activities: hot springs, rafting, hiking. Clean and spacious townhome in 3 levels with an attached garage. Close to all the things you need in town and only 10 min drive to Winter Park village. The clubhouse had all the fun activities. 2 outdoor hot tubs are large enough to fit many people so didn’t feel crowded. Overall great stay!!

Townhouse was very clean, well equipped and thought out. Everything we needed was there. Accurate instructions how to use appliances were appreciated. Club facilities are nearby- enjoyed Hot tub and fitness room. Bus stop for the slopes are right by the condo- used it during the weekend when parking was challenging during a holiday weekend.

Hi! It's our 2nd time here. We love this condo. Just a couple of odd things though-1-No kitchen trash bags, we had to go buy some2-There is no bottom track on the shower door in the master room, so the door just hangs from the top and swings. It's a little unsettling, but works fine.3-Couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. None of the switches worked. Other than those very minor items, this place is great. Thank you!

Just right for 3 old guys

My two cousins and I stayed here and fished with a guide out of Grand Lake for the week. The 30 mile drive to Grand Lake was worth it considering the condo’s price, 3 BR/BA layout and the proximity to Safeway and numerous places to eat. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The big screen TV was nice for watching football and golf. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly responded when I had a question.
