This spacious, 1 bedroom, 2 bath villa has ocean views from the fourth floor, and provides guests with plenty of room to spread out. The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and in the closet there is a twin roll-a-way bed. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, double sinks and a separate step-in shower. The 2nd bathroom is located off the front hall featuring a pedestal sink and glass shower.

The living room with raised ceiling and crown molding provides plenty of seating with a queen size sleep sofa & matching love seat, an additional large club chair in tropical print, large white glass-topped coffee table, and white wood cabinet armoire housing the flat screen TV. The dining area has a wood & cream table with seating for 4. The kitchen has a light, airy feel with white cabinets & Corian countertops against a yellow background wallpaper. There are 2 bar chairs at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The balcony is located off the living room, and is a great place for guests to relax after a day at the beach.

Steps to the beach, with all the amenities of Coligny Plaza just across the street, this corner condo provides an enhanced view with extra light, making it the perfect place to spend a week or even a month in the winter.
